Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bizhunt.ai and related services (the "Service"), operated by BizHunt ("BizHunt," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BizHunt aggregates publicly listed businesses for sale and provides tools to search, analyze, track, and pursue them, including AI-generated analysis, a deal pipeline, and a professional network. We are a software platform: we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, accountant, or law firm, and we are not a party to any transaction you pursue.

2. No investment, legal, or tax advice

Listing data, BizScores, and AI-generated analyses are informational tools that may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and must not be relied on as the basis for any purchase decision. Always verify financials independently and engage your own attorney, accountant, and advisors before acquiring any business.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

• The Free plan provides limited access as described on our pricing page.
• Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk-exporting, reselling, or redistributing platform data.
• No reverse engineering, disrupting, or circumventing access or plan limits.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct, including in the Network and any outreach sent through the platform (you are responsible for complying with applicable communication laws such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA).
• No uploading content you lack the right to use.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., documents, notes, profile content). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service, including sending it to AI providers for the analyses you request.

7. Third-party listings and services

Listings originate from third-party marketplaces and brokers; we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. Transactions with sellers, brokers, or other members are solely between you and them.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BizHunt and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizHunt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (2, 6–12) survive termination.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
